Sheena Ball

​​​​​EXPERIENCE

Graduating in 2011 from the Medix London RMT program; I am in good standing with the Collage of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I continue to pursue further education and training in a wide array of massage techniques, including manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, advanced orthopedic massage, and pelvic health therapy. I have also completed training on therapeutic ultrasound, TENS and IFC.

WHO I AM

I believe in supporting my community and do so by sponsoring local events or teams as I am able throughout the year, and arranging the Annual Christmas Toy Drive. In my spare time you can find me readying books or watching movies, in the water either swimming or paddleboarding, or playing cards with friends and family. And don't forget - feeding my coffee addiction!
